Information we collect

The inquiry form collects your school or organisation name, contact details, location, role, student or quantity estimates, learner grades or levels, selected titles, sample-copy interest, preferred contact method and any message you provide.

Why we use it

We use this information to review and respond to your institutional inquiry, understand the educational materials you are seeking and continue the related conversation with your organisation.

Storage and access

Inquiry submissions are stored in private website storage and are never displayed publicly. Access is limited to authorised people handling inquiries for English Book Education.

How long information is kept

Inquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the related business communication and meet applicable legal or record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You may ask about access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information. Email l.mtchedlidze@englishbookeducation.com and include your inquiry reference where available.
